For more than 25 years, Connie has been dyeing her own yarns and now these one-of-a-kind dyed rug yarns are available for purchase from Connie's studio. They may be ordered by sending swatches of your desired color range to match along with preferences to hue/value/intensity/variegation. Remember that the yarn is unique and order enough for your projects since it will be impossible to match at a later date. Also skeins are rarely solid hues, often containing subtle nuances of many colors. Yarn is predominately 100% wool, 3 ply yarn, approximately 300 yards per pound. Skeins range from 4 ounces to 1 pound. Permanent acid dyes and mothproofing with Eucalan, a natural soap product, are included in the dyeing process.
